Door space is especially handy to put some drinks. The high lengths help with storing a ton of food.

Sushi Party

Ever wondered what would be something interactive that you could do for a party so everyone would get along AND you dont have to do much? Prepare a sushi party. You will need to buy a few things of course but in the end it's beautiful.

We have prepared a small shopping list for you

1. Rice
2. Nori
3. Meat
• spam - cut length wise
• smoked salmon - cut length wise
• cooked shrimp
• spicy tuna - mix canned tuna with any veggies you want to sneak in (if you have kids) and add a spicy sauce 
4. Vegetables
• carrots - cut length wise
• cucumbers cut length wise
• lettuce cut length wise
• pea shoots
• avocado cut length wise
• jicama - cut length wise
5. Condiments
• wasabi
• cream cheese
• mustard
• soy sauce
• Spicy mayo - need spicy sauce and Mayonaise and mix
6. Rice Cooker + Sushi Vinegar

Office Seminar Setup

Baby Brother's Birthday

My baby brother turns "21" again! We decided to go out during work to go and have some fun eating some delicious meals! We decided to bring him to a delicious Asian Fusion Restaurant. We ordered a Sweet Chrysanthemum Tea followed by tons and tons of food! We had some Platters of food with some dumplings and edamame. Then tons and tons of dumplings. We followed by added some green tea peanut sauce noodles and then cleaned off with some veggies.

We then ended it with a delicious strawberry shortcake and green tea cake from another restaurant!

Mother's Day

What does one do for Mother's Day?

Honestly speaking, it took me at least six hours to think of what to get for my mom with my brother. We kept browsing various websites to think of what to get her for Mother's Day. We remembered while browsing she wanted something to play music for her when she goes to and from work.

There are tons of gifts I can think of. Some recommendations

Another 21st Birthday

My best friend was having her "21st" birthday again. I already made plans to go to a place called "Sky Dive by the Ranch" in New York. And of course set up a picnic with grapes, tiny carrots, strawberries, lemonade, a potato salad and roasted asparagus. And of course, the best party favor will be a Tshirt that says "I just jumped off a plane and survived" and another one saying "I am jumping off a plane"

Now, there are of course another issue. Plans get cancelled  and locations change.

So what happen to my friend was that she moved to Florida so now, her birthday seems a bit "bigger" since we are now going to Sky Dive in Florida, go to the mall, go to the beach, and eat at places that are slightly more outrageous or we would never try for a weekend.

Tony's Birthday Party

Tony's birthday party is all about when plans do not go as plan.

The original plan
1. Eat some Dim Sum, Popeyes, and Corn Soup
2. Go to a restaurant that has bull riding
3. Come home and drink signature drinks like A Little Too Late http://donnasdrinks.blogspot.com/2011/12/little-too-late.html

Issue - The bull riding place was closed.

Revised plan

1. Eat some Dim Sum, Popeyes, and Corn Soup
2. Go to a strip club and gamble in Atlantic City for a weekend
3. Come home and drink signature drinks like A Little Too Late

Issue - Some friends were under 21, conflicting schedules, and some did not want to go to a strip club

Final Plan
1. Eat some Dim Sum, Popeyes, and Corn Soup
2. Make signature drinks like a Little to Late
3. Eat an Epic Meal Time Cake made by me =D

The moral of the story. Always ALWAYS have a backup plan! You never know what will happen! This birthday was still a success. Just not the original one planned.
