Planning a trip in NYC

At one point when I started planning out trips for people throughout New York City. I was having a few issues planning out their day. I decided to print out a map and mark all the places on a map so they can easily go up Manhattan instead of flying around back and forth.

Steps to recreate
1. List out all the places you wish to bring them: restaurants, shopping locations, historical sites, etc
2. They'll tell you where they want to go, mark them on a printed NYC map and add on the address, prices, etc
3. On an itinerary (back of the piece of paper, google calendar, etc), plan out the day.

  • Food locations - 2 hours
  • Museums - 2.5 hours
  • Shopping - 1 hour to 3 hours
If you know exactly how long something takes, I'd put that in instead. Do not forget to factor in travel time to the locations via walking or subway, etc
