Halloween Party

In the Office, we decided to have an Octoberfest. You don't always need it to be Halloween for it! There are other holidays in October if you want to stand out!

For someone's birthday, we wanted to combine it all so we decided on an Octoberfest and Texan meal. We had TONS of beer and then we always had cornbread, chicken wings and jalepeno poppers! This was definitely delicious!!!!

Just look for what's available at the store or if you really want to cook something

Going Away Party

Can you believe that when someone goes away, the best thing is FOOD!

When they leave, they are unable to eat a TON of things since it is not all available.

Such as one of my coworkers was leaving for the winter, he loves to eat Chinese food, fruits and veggies. Soooo we got him all of that so he can eat this delicious food!

Cupcakes instead of Cake

One of the newest things lately are cupcakes. Cupcakes are good if you have lots of picky eaters.

Most of office only likes Chocolate, the other bit only likes Red Velvet and for me, I love the Rainbow swirls or Vanilla Cupcakes.

Cupcakes make it easier to feed this crowd when you are planning a party.

I advise buying an extra few cupcakes of each because you can convert a ton of people over!

Father's Day Gift Giving

Wow it's Father's Day already! What do you get your dad? You think and think for a while and you wonder "What to get for Dad for Father's Day?" Well here are some ideas to help you!

1. Home made card - no matter what age you are, Dad would LOVE a home made card from you! Don't ever doubt that!

2. All the latest gadgets - it can be TVs, Phones, Cameras, Computers, etc but all Men love the newest gadgets

3. Exercise Books - This one needs a card for sure as you do not want dad to take it the wrong way. My dad keeps wanting to lose weight but does not know what or how to do!

4. Cook Books - A card should be included if your dad doesn't cook but my dad LOVES to cook! And he is always looking to add to his repertoire.

5. A Grill or some backyard supplies - Since summer is coming this can benefit you, your family and your dad as you can eat awesome barbeque food or just lounge around in the backyard!

6. Shirts - Dad can always use a new shirt! Don't know his size, ask Mommy or browse around his closet!

Office Lunch

The first lunch you serve to people you do not know should be as broad as possible.

I recently found out that Sushi is not a bad place to start as it seems everyone loves sushi.

When ordering sushi though, I recommend ordering the normal stuff such as California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Boston Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Spicy Salmon Roll.

With the food, ther ewere 2 types of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and a mix of dessert.

When you see what food disappears, you know exactly what to order for next time for new guests.

Kids Birthday Party Favor

Want a fun activity for the kids to do? One of the best things found were these Bubble Wands. They are AWESOME!!!! They don't last as long as you hope because they are easily breakable, but they are awesome for at least a day!

Valentine's Day

Price is not the major selling point for Valentine's Day! It is all about the thought.

You must probably think I am playing, but this is true. The thought is more important.

You can personally write a card and give it as a gift and it will be the best present in the world compared to a $1000 gift. I am not saying the $1000 if not meaningful, but if you buy your mom a diamond earring vs drawing her a card, the card would be more important to your mom. At least that is my case.
